i have 3 ferrets and we really like the space in the this lrg. cage. my ferrets do not find any problems with this cages and the only problems i have found with the cage is the little clips on corners break easy and they cost more for shipping then the price of the clips do. and this cage is very time consuming to clean it.

I just got my cage today and my (3) ferrets love it!! This cage is really roomy and could hold up to 2 more fuzzys. They really like the little hidout thing that came with it.
The construction was a little tricky for one person, but not impossible. Its easier if you have one person holding the cage while you hook the clips. I am a little worried about the clips breaking with repeated assembly, but the cage does have a years warrenty so it shouldnt be a problem.
One thing i did notice was that my ferrets are too lazy to go from the top section to the bottom to go potty. They picked a corner on the second floor so ill have to get another litter box. to help keep them moving i put their food in the top section and their water bottle in the bottom. Hopefully that will help.
Overall, its an excellent cage at a really great price!

I've had this cage for 5 years, have had 4 ferret's in it with no problems, I have had no problems with the plastic clips that hold it together. I don't move it much. I put plastic rug runners around it to help keep the carpet from getting soiled. It is sort of hard to keep clean, so I use a syringe (Ink refill syringes work best)and sponges to keep it clean. The only drawback I have had are replcement elbows, they come with 2 clips to attach it to the pans instead of 4 that came originally with the cage, my 2 "son's" have a habit, when they are bored, of kicking the 2 clip elbows off the pans, the 4 clip elbows work better. Over all a great cage.

I've had this cage for a year and a half, it works very well for three ferrets so long as the cage does NOT have to be re-located, the plastic clips that hold the cage together eventually break and/or stretch I've since have had to replace these parts with pull ties to keep it together, this has been the only down side to this particular product. I would however like information for the replacement clips. thank you.
