The fleas in Florida are HORRIBLE. This product, along with the Marshalls flea and tick spray worked instantly. My poor babies got infested and I watched as the fleas dropped dead off them in a matter of minutes. I used the spray on their hammock and bedding and directly on them after they were bathed. After a couple weeks the flea problem was gone completely. I reccommend this 100%!

This product totally works. It kills the fleas instantly. The first time we used it I thought I was going to be sick from seeing all the dead fleas in the bath tub from two ferrets. It does have a bad smell but I use this product first and then I use the ferretsheen cucumber melon shampoo after wards and they smell great. I highly recommend this product if you have more than one type of animal in the house.

I use the shampoo on my ferret every week because I also have two cats and fleas became a huge problem. I would lather her up in this shampoo, leave it on for 5 minutes like it says to, and then rinse it off. It does kill the fleas in seconds, but about 5 minutes later they come alive again and are swarming her once more.

Other reviews said this dried their ferrets skin, it didnt dry my ferrets skin but I also use the creme rinse conditioner and a skin and coat supplement. I enjoy this product it makes her feel clean doesnt smell pleasant, but creme rinse does and she is protected from fleas and ticks for a short time until her next bath!!

This shampoo does kill fleas in seconds. I noticed that the fleas were dead just as soon as I apply the shampoo to his coat. However, I also noticed that it leaves my ferrets skin and coat very dry. So he gets really itchy afterwards. The smell isnt too pleasant either, but hey, it does the job.
