I love this pen. I jsut got it for our 2 baby ferrets. I can put them in here and leave them play for how ever long they want to until they fall alseep. And I don't have to worry about my dogs getting them. So I deffintly reccomend this to other ferret owners!

This pen would be great if it was about 6 inches taller. All 4 of my ferrets were able climb over the top once the ringleader figured out how to do it. By jumping up and grabbing the top of the pen with their claws, they pull their hind-feet onto the middle brace and then climb over. Not recommnded for escape artists!!

This is a great price for an 8 panel pen. The panels are very sturdy and the pen is well made. I have four ferrets and three of them cannot escape. The fourth ferret aka Super Ferret can jump out of this with ease. So this will work great if you dont have a Super Ferret. :D

This ferret playpen is fantastic and my ferret loves it! It gives me the freedom knowing she is out of her cage playing for a bit even if I cant be with her for every minute!! I highly recommend this product for ferret owners!!! :

this thing was a godsend for me, i can finally get work done while the ferrets play.
the good:
construction and design are 100 perfect, its sturdy and holds together well, should last a lifetime
vertical bars are perfect for ferrets, since they can climb so well. before i got my ferrets i made them a cage like this but with wire mesh, which they had no trouble climbing out of. absolutely no chance of escape here.
multiple units can easily be hooked together
the not so good:
this is inevitable, but the cage is pretty high, im 61 and i have trouble stepping into it
its not huge, almost the size of some of the bigger cages, so even for one fert and his toys its a little cramped, i have 2 ferrets and definitely needed more of these. i think buying 1 per ferret and then hooking them together of course would be a good rule of thumb.
my fuzzies still seemed to feel trapped in it, even when i and all their toys were in with them, all they do is try to climb out. you may have better luck if you havent already habituated your ferrets to playing in an open room.
